Shocked but not surprised so sad a generation of people are lost to us so pleased now that we can help and support men, women and children that need help x
My husband found out he was HIV positive during a Doctors visit in 1990. We had 2 babies at that time. He was not gay. He traced it back to an old girlfriend before we met. At that time they treated people with AZT. He died 1996. My children and I tested negative- I’m now 67 and my kids are 33 and 35. Heartbreaking to lose a husband / daddy and praising God we dodged a bullet.
My mom was a flight attendant in the 80s and when the “gay cancer” scare started she told me that all of the male flight attendants were terrified.
Elizabeth Taylor was very compassionate especially for her friend Rock Hudson. Wonderful person.
I remember seeing Rock Hudson on the Doris Day show. It broke my heart. He was such a handsome man back in the day. His best movie for me was Giant.
Dennis Cleveland Stewart (July 29, 1947 – April 20, 1994), Dennis was known for playing Leo "Craterface" Balmudo, the Scorpions' gang leader in Grease. He died from pneumonia as a result of complications from AIDS in 1994.
AIDS has killed millions of people, how sad. I remember those years when I was 20, but the most terrible thing for these people was to experience the rejection either from their family, their friends, and the fear aroused by this illness whose mechanisms we did not understand. ..peace to their souls..
I remember most of them. The Aids epidemic was terrifying. Today most would be treated and alive. So very sad.
Nagy Művészek voltak! Emlékük Maradandó! Nyugodjanak Békében!😢🙏
I had wondered what had become of some of these actors. Breaks my heart.
Все умерли в 80-90 годы, когда была эпидемия СПИДА... Ужас, жалко людей, талантливых и молодых😢
The early days were scary for everyone! So many more have passed who are not remembered by fame
