Audie Murphy was hero. He proved that it was not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog that matters most.
Christopher Lee wasn’t just a legendary actor—he was a real badass during WWII. He survived being stabbed, killed enemies, and I’ve even read he was an actual spy. That’s toughness on a whole different level, not just Hollywood fantasy!
I would have to push Audie Murphy up to number one. Of all these actors, he was truly the real deal. You seemed to only touch on his accomplishments as a WW2 child enlisted private, fighting his way up to becoming the most decorated soldier of WW2.
Audie Murphy might not be the toughest man on this list, but in my humble opinion , he's the bravest !!
The one person that surprised me was Charles Durning. This is why I live by the motto. Don’t ever underestimate anyone.
"Modern actors are tough.," said no one ever.
Jack Palance deserves a mention too. Not just an actor, but a real boxing force back in the day. 🥊
'He cold clocked an actor', 'broke a costar's nose', 'broke a costar's ribs';,,, Why do we honor this????
Dolph Lundgren : Serving in the Swedish Marines, Karate/Kickboxing Champion, chemical engineer and survived cancer - if this doesn't define a "tough guy", I really don't know what is.
Audie Murphy was number one in real life because he was the most decorated combat soldier in World War II
