Amazing how nearly everyone of them abused drugs and alcohol... How much more proof does it take for others to forgo such things...obviously more than all these people's life experiences...
Life isn't easy for anyone. We all have lessons to learn, if not in this life, when?

These people achieved what so many strive for, then squandered it. They had achieved success, then had it destroyed by drug and alcohol addictions.

In my teens I was a drug addict to and could have ended very bad, but thanks to Lord Jesus Christ, He called me and saved me from this dark road. It was a long painful journey but at the end I succeeded and left all bad drugs behind with one exception: can‘t stop smoking cigarettes!
Sad to hear of the homeless and especially the deaths.
Erin Moran died peacefully in her sleep. She died from throat cancer.
David Cassidy did not die homeless, their was a foreclosure on his house but was removed when he was able to catch up his payments. We used to practice in his dining room and in 2015 he was diagnosed with dementia and while performing I used to sing the words to the songs and he would hear them in an ear piece until 2017 he was getting to the point he just couldn't do it anymore. He had kicked alcohol and had been dry for at least a year. he eventually died of liver failure in November 2017, a sad day for us all. We lost a great talent.
I remember Margie Kidder from the old days in Kerrisdale, Vancouver. She was a talent, even then. Very bright student, too. Caught up with here via F-book about 10 years ago. She was living in Montana. Still had that sense of humour. Then she passed away. Sad. 69 (?) not old, either, but I think Hollywood takes a HUGE chunk out of a person's life, identity and general well being. and it just erodes them.
Some celebrities were never homeless (MC Hammer, Marvin Gaye, etc.). Some celebrities just fell into hard times on not getting or founding work while most celebrities just ran their lives into destruction by getting themselves in trouble with the law, squander their wealth, money on drugs, booze, alcohol and \ or risking their money on bad investments that lead them being broke and \ or homeless.
