She was a heavy set rider, and there was a lot of force exerted on the lap bar, and the ratchet restraint system is made to click multiple times as its own redundant safety measure, but the ride operator assured her she was safe.
Also I can't believe those actors haven't been replaced in 15 years that's really dangerous and it cost the life of a 19

I’m 26 , NEVER been on any of these death traps . Not one roller coaster . People try to get me to do it and make it seem like I’m crazy or something for not wanting to go on one . They even say “how would you know you don’t like it if you never tried it” …. YOU DONT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO KNOW FOR A FACT YOU NEVER WANNA DO THAT THING EVER IN YOUR LIFE . idgaf I will never go on one . If my kids want to they can go with their mommy while me (mama) stays holding everyone’s things . Take me to a WATER PARK 😂😂😂
