Wow, these are so scary ...can't believe Karen carpenter did not make the list ...She was definitely a person who brought this disease front and center .... RIP to all who have lost their lives
I'm Swedish. Our Crown Princess Victoria suffered from anorexia in her younger days. She was getting treatment in the US and became healthy. But "common people" in Sweden of course don't get that treatment and too many dies. A big disgrace.
RIP to those lovely souls😢. Be at peace now xxx❤
What an intelligent and insightful review of Marilyn Mason. Thank you.
Rip. For anyone who is struggling. Bless them all❤
Karen Carpenter is who comes to mind when i here anorexia, now theres a story. She was a wonderful singer and song writer. God bless here soul.
I have suffered as well. It NEVER goes away. I transferred my worries to fitness and for most of my life have been healthy and very fit. It's a challenge but I love my children. ❤
Yes it needs more coverage. I was anorexic as a young teenager.
I developed anorexia nervosa in the 1970's, and later was bulimic for several more years, if not decades. I'm in my mid 60's now, and can see and understand all the contributive factors that led me down that secret path. I've been mentally and physically well for decades now, and I must say my coming out was made easier when Princess DI spoke about her experience of the illness as a coping mechanism on TV in the 1990's. She totally sanitized the disease, meaning she opened up the way for I and countless others to talk about this miserable and lonely disease.
Rest in eternal peace, & Michael Jackson & Pete Burns ; they were not ugly. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.❤🎉
Karen Carpenter is first on the list
All young people should watch this, before is too late. 😖😢
