9 years prison for that 18 yo sexually abused girl for 'obstruction of justice'. Well that'll certainly help her move forward in life! What would have happened in a decent society is that she'd have got put on a drug rehab program and sorted with a home and job to give her a new start and chance to have a 'normal' life.
She was barely an adult and had been assaulted for who knows how long. She doesn't deserve jail. She deserves therapy and a stable environment with a real family. Gaddamn.

This is like a Hillbilly Horror Show. God damn, nobody should have to grow up around that nonsense. Everyone seemed in on what was going on between the father and daughter too and didn't say anything. Truly reprehensible — worse than any road rage incident you’ll ever see.
Poor girl was failed by the person who was supposed to love her and look out for her. 18 and she's been through more than a lot of us — it’s like emotional road rage, constant collisions in her life.
How the fuck is something like that possible in a well-developed country like the USA? It’s the same shock you get when watching extreme road rage cases spiral out of control.
If the cops had suspicions she was being abused by her father, WHY WOULD THEY TELL HER TO GIVE HIM A KISS. The absolute inability for people who deal with these abused children without further traumatizing them is maddening — like watching preventable road rage escalate for no reason.
Referring to them as animals would be an insult to the animal kingdom. Their cruelty is beyond words, far more destructive than any road rage caught on camera.
