That left hook knocked the English language right out of him.
Dang! I can't even see him most of the time, but the Trooper stayed on him like glue! Impressive!

That PIT was extremely premature, this was for sure excessive. Yes they were a**holes during that high speed police chases. But it’s not like they were wanted.

You know your life has escalated out of control when you wander into random places and use chainsaws on office furniture.
Dispatchers have to ask the questions, but I still get a laugh out of: "does he look mentally disturbed?". Well, he's chasing people with a chainsaw....so there's that.
Finally, an officer that understands everything fits if you're going fast enough.
That officer is going to have so much paperwork after hitting all thos cars. He is going to be in the office all day.
The city has some insurance to pay 😅
