How many times do people need to be told that the consumer is paying the tariffs?
Anyone who thought tariffs were paid by anyone but the customer needs to go and ask for a refund on their schooling.
You can blame the President for the price increase. This is a direct result of tariffs. Do not blame other countries for this increase.

Trump's beautiful word "Tariff" is tax on the US consumers. This is not only COSTCO. Some business like Walmart and Amazon announced the cost will add on to the products, but some silently add them anyway. I don't drink coffee, but my spouse does. I noticed I paid large container of ground coffee for 9.99 last year. Today, I just paid $17.99.
It will be worse due to 50% tariffs on Brazilian products. Brazil is the major US supplier for coffee, orange juice and meat for hamburgers. 50% tariffs will stop exportation of these products to US and the prices will raise even more.
